Coastal lux with a soulful vibe, is a recently renovated designer home specifically designed for family and friends to kick off their shoes, slow down, relax and live like a Sunny Coast local with all the conveniences at your door-step.

$960 2 Full Day Photo Shoots Back to Back = 8am – 4:00pm Monday to Thursday

• Weekend, Public Holidays & School Holiday Photo Shoots are On Request – please contact us with proposed dates so we can provide pricing and availability.

These prices are based on the property being left in a clean and tidy state that does not require professional cleaning post photoshoot/hire.

If the potential bookings are considering adding accommodation to the photoshoot to turn it into a mini lux getaway, and they are more flexible with the photography/hiring timing and hence check-in and check-out times, then the most economical option is to book a minimum 2 night stay.
