High ceilings, with large clerestory windows flood this white space with diffused natural light. The floor is a white painted sprung floor, suitable for dance rehearsals and classes. The space is also a great blank canvas for photoshoots, workshops meetings and classes. Amenities include sound system, heating and a toilet. There is also an entry foyer with lounge area, 2x changerooms, storage shelves and mini bar fridge.

Terms of hire:
A minimum two hour booking is required to book the space

Full amount (100%) required at time of booking

We require 48 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to the booking

Cancellations within 48 hours notice will forfeit 100% of booking fee

No shoes permitted in studio space

No consumption of food or drink the studio space

Studio to be left neat and tidy and with no items left behind

All cleaning to be done within hire/booking period

Any damage caused during hire to the property or equipment will be at hirer's expense. We will arrange the equipment or item to be fixed and cost will be invoiced to and paid by hirer.
