Sun drenched apartment with sea views of Bondi Beach. Colourful, eclectic, surf pad full of natural light and a beautiful view of Bondi, the beach and glimpses of the harbour water.

Open living room and dining room area that leads out to the balcony overlooking Bondi with ocean views.
Highlights: Iconic red L-shaped couch, vintage brass bar cart, timber oak framed mirror reflecting the view, moroccan rugs and a large dining room table that also converts into a pool table. This space is finished with indoor plants and framed artworks of the coast and the surf.

The Balcony overlooks the whole of Bondi with views of the ocean and glimpses of the harbour water. Outdoor couch area to sit on, huge cactus in a terracotta urn, BBQ and balcony bench with rattan bar stools.

The Kitchen has all the basic amenities, relatively modern and but with an electric stove.

All three bedrooms have lots of natural light, queen sized beds and wardrobes. Main bedroom has a private ensuite and built in wardrobes with mirrors. Second bedroom is smaller with built in wardrobes and a vintage mid century dresser.

Plenty of beautiful styling items that can be used in all the different spaces if needed, lots of colourful throws and linens.

Garage is a storage space for our surfboards and bikes. Has shelving, cane seats and a blue daybed like couch for lounging on and in. Welcome to use it for storage or to shoot in. Not for parking unfortunately.
