This space features beautiful East facing frosted glass windows, high ceilings, exposed brick feature wall and concrete flooring. You have the option to request anything between a blank space or fully furnished as shown in the photographs below. We have a large photography equipment kit included in the hire fee. Furthermore, we have furniture, sculptures, and art objects available with an additional fee. Studio hire permits access to the ground floor and outside courtyard only. Hire fees includes use of communal Kitchen with complementary coffee, tea and milk provided. We also have communal Bathroom facilities that can be used as a change room.

The photography studio is equipped with 100mps lighting, a split system air conditioner/heating, fast speed NBN wifi, bluetooth speaker. This is a shared space with our creative residents, however we have pull-across curtains installed for your privacy at request. The space is suited for a crew of five people.
