An eclectic European style house with a sumptuous library and a light-filled back room. Perfect for film and photo shoots, theatre and performance rehearsals/readings, interviews, masterclasses, corporate and team-building days, and a range of private, creative and commercial uses.

Living: Large room, white pressed tin ceiling, wooden floorboards, two-tone walls painted ocean blue and cream, walled bookcase, fire-place, salon hung picture wall, French doors lead into kitchen.

Kitchen: Sunken, French/European style, terracotta hexagon tiled floor, copper sink, white/granite/copper surfaces, large oven, fridge, six burner gas stove top, long oak table.

Backroom: Light-filled, painted white walls, glass and metal ceiling, slanted glass wall, two glass exit doors.

Bathroom: Small white honey-comb tiled floor, painted walls in French-blue, claw-foot bath, wrought iron balcony overlooks backroom, separate shower room with aged brass fittings.

3 Bedrooms: First painted cream, second painted duck-egg blue, third painted French-blue. All with aged white floorboards.

Outdoor: Large gumtree, espalier fruit trees, fire pit, bluestone driveway, arched iron pergola shaded with grape vines, laneway access. Not suitable for events or parties.
