This cafe makes for a perfect photographic or filming studio. We offer a small intimate space with large walls and high ceilings. The cafe situated in the heart of Great North Road, Five Dock and offers a generous floor area and a ceiling height of 4.5m.

Light and airy with loads of character, this warm and stylish cafe has a modern design with designer furniture, soft curves, tiled and offers great texture and a variety of usable natural lighting conditions.

In addition, it offers a kitchen, rear access, upstairs storeroom (which can be perfectly utilised as a change room/makeup room), excellent toilet and a shower.

Our cafe is well equipped for shoots that require good preparation space and comfort. Flexible out of business hour access is possible.

RATES
Day Rate(Monday to Friday): $3,000 including GST
10 Hours (6am – 4pm) + skoutli fee
Half Day Rate: $2,000 including GST + skoutli fee
5 Hours (6am – 11am / 11am – 4pm)

Cleaning Fee: included
Includes load in and load out times.
Surcharge applies for weekends and public holidays.
Operation of the cafe outside these hours is available on request.
