$50 per hour for whole spaces included change room (makeup room) and equipments (camera, laptop and photographer are not incl)

The studio is located in Myaree
Unlimited onsite parking and street parking available.

I will give you a password to unlock the paddle lock on the day of your booking before your booking time.

There is a security camera to check in/out.

Includes:
2 X constant lights
1 X strobe light( there is a cable line for canon dslr. If you have other brand please bring your potable top mount flash light. It would be the easiest way to use strobe light)
1 X Tripod

Background stand
Seamless paper backdrop (pink/ baby blue/ yellow/ sandy beige / grey)
Wheeled backdrop stand (pastel pink/ mint /navy and white )
2 X white boxes
2 X armchairs
1 X dining set (table and chairs for 4people)
1 X cloth hanger
Kitchenette

If you want to set up chairs and table for event they are in the change room. I recommend bring table clothes to cover the tables as they are used for art class and has some paints stains on the surfaces. As I don’t charge extra cost for those equipment please use them carefully.

• All bookings are back to back, so please make sure you give yourself enough time to set up/ set down for your session.
• The studio must be clean & tidy (how you find it). There is a $75 cleaning fee will be charged if it is too dirty. Please note booking is back to back. The person after you should not have to put things back or clear up after you!
• Please put all your rubbish in the bins provided.
• WiFi is available, and the password is on the reception desk in grey frame.
• If you feel the paper backdrop is too dirty to work with PLEASE call Mihee 0423 76o 578 before doing anything otherwise, you will be charged.
• In the unlikely event that equipment is damaged and left in a usable state or missing, you will be held accountable for the costs of fixing or replacing
